Enhancing your Google My Business profile listing will help customers find your products and services much easier (SEO) and will help you stand out from your local competition. Learn to manage good and bad reviews, list upcoming events and special product offerings from an easy-to-control dashboard. Learn to use the reporting features and gain insight into how your customers are interacting with your brand on Google.

What you will Learn

Get the most out of your Google My Business listing.

Understand how to increase your SEO and gain a competitive advantage over other local businesses. Google My Business allows users to promote their products and/or services to potential customers through a variety of advanced features. Having the ability to create and display content through your GMB listing will help increase your website traffic and will increase your visibility online. We will walk you through each step in detail to ensure you get the most out of the advanced features. This workshop is led with at least 2 facilitators to help with any technical difficulties.

What you will Do

Capitalize on advanced features

Attendees will learn how to use the advanced features of Google My Business (GMB) including how to add additional user accounts, how to create and add products and/or services and group them into categories for a better user experience. We will help you create your first GMB post to launch to your audience. We will also help participants manage both good and bad reviews. At the end of the workshop, we will help businesses still requiring Google verification and show them the next steps required to launch their GMB lsiting.

Nothing. It is completely free to set up.

Do I need a website if I have a Google My Business?

That depends on your business. Feel free to ask us about your specific situation.

What do I need to bring to this workshop?

In person workshops require you to bring a laptop. A phone or tablet will not be sufficient.

Is there anything I can do to prepare before hand?

Yes. If possible, gather a selection of business photos including: Pictures of your products and/or services, and your company logo.

Is this workshop virtual or in-person?
