As co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of 2H Media, Matthew plays an active role in making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources, planning, implementing, and running all of the financial activities of the company. In addition to his responsibilities as a co-founder, Matthew acts as the sales and digital marketing lead for the company, providing guidance and strategy to numerous growing businesses.

Certified in programmatic advertising, Matthew uses data and automation to provide high-quality consumer experiences. A people person by nature, he has over 10 years of sales expertise in commercial and industrial contracting.

Matthew takes an active role in cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit of women in business. As a digital marketing expert with Innovation Guelph's Rhyze Ventures, Matthew has helped over 35 business owners to successfully address their biggest business challenges and push their boundaries. Additionally, Matthew has personally developed specialized workshops to help Rhyze participants overcome some of the most common challenges to improve their online presence.
Matthew provides mentorship and support to growing small businesses as a digital marketing mentor in the Business Centre Guelph Wellington's Starter Company+ program since 2018. During the advanced 4 month program, Matthew helps small business owners to source out digital pain points within their businesses and gives free advice on how to best improve their digital footprints.
During the summer of 2018, Matthew helped 6 Montreal university students raise over $30,000 for the Terry Fox Foundation. Working with provincial directors from the Fox Foundation and numerous national media outlets in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec over 29 days, Matthew helped raise awareness for cancer research. The film that was produced documenting the Montreal Runners journey has been screened at multiple Canadian film festivals.
